RESOURCES OF PERSONAL HARDINESS IN THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of issues of resourcefulness and hardiness of the individual in the social space by modern socialization challenges. The individual’s undeniable need for resourcefulness, which is accompanied by the need for self-realization and self-improvement, has been updated. Attention is focused on the satisfaction of personal needs, the construction of an individual development trajectory, the effectiveness of personality development at the level of social achievements. The concept of “resource” is reflected as a certain stock of life opportunities that can be used by the subject as a means of personal development. It is found that the individual needs to restore the internal resource state, understand the life position, the direction of forward movement and rational distribution of the internal resource. It is highlighted that for personal growth and development of the individual, it is necessary to constantly form and develop resource potential, as a source of opportunities to solve any life issues. It is presented that the resources of the hardiness of the personality are formed, modified and act as a generator of strengthening the ability of stability. The purpose of the article is a theoretical study of the resources of the individual’s hardiness in the social environment. The article uses such theoretical methods as analysis of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, socio-pedagogical and sociological literature to present the main theoretical principles of the problem under study; comparison and generalization for the systematization of scientific positions of domestic and foreign scientists. The content of the study consists in considering the issue of personal resources, which indirectly allows attributing them to the resources of the vitality of the individual because personal resources must be used by a person to overcome difficult life circumstances, crisis phenomena, and socialization challenges. The results of the research consist in the accentuation of the hardiness of the individual, as resources of stability of the individual, which actualize the personal resources of a person to overcome and solve difficult life situations, and challenges in the life process.
