PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN CONDITIONS OF BLENDED LEARNING

Abstract

The article studies the theoretical aspect of ensuring professional training of future specialists, specifies the essence of the concepts "professional education" and "professional training". The author states that as a result of quarantine restrictions and military actions on the territory of Ukraine, most higher education institutions provide professional training using opportunities for blended learning. The article examines the concept of "blended learning", analyses existing classifications in pedagogical theory. Features of synchronous and asynchronous options of blended learning, as well as "contact" and "non-contact" hours are characterized, providing an understanding of how training is carried out at a specific stage of the educational process. Based on the study of scientific and pedagogical literature, the ways of implementing blended learning in national education as a pedagogical phenomenon are highlighted. The author has described the models of blended learning, revealed their specificity and features; the differences from the traditional form of organization of the educational process are given and the stages of mastering the educational material from preparatory to reflective are highlighted. The article characterizes each stage of the implementation of the educational process, its features and methods of blended learning, which should be used for the professionalization of the future specialist. The author emphasizes that blended learning helps master modern interactive methods of teaching and learning, supplementing the educational process with knowledge of modern educational technologies, makes it more interesting, and students more motivated to master the future profession; further research perspectives are defined, which consist in determining the actual methods, means and forms of training future specialists during the use of mixed learning technologies and experimentally verifying their efficiency and effectiveness.
