Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of methods and organizational forms of professional training in the field of pharmaceutical education in Ukraine in the period from the 1990s to the first quarter of the XXI century. The study examines key trends, such as strengthening the practical orientation of the educational process, the introduction of innovative teaching methods, modern educational technologies and methods used in pharmaceutical higher education institutions of Ukraine. It is shown that innovative pedagogical approaches significantly expand the learning process through the introduction of active, analytical and communicative teaching methods, contributing to the development of the ability to make decisions in non-standard situations and create individual curricula focused on unlocking the creative potential of students.
Pharmaceutical education is characterized as a complex system that requires long-term training, a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and the formation of professional views and values. It is emphasized that the introduction of innovative technologies and teaching methods is a key factor in improving the educational process, while their absence can hinder the development of curricula.
It is established that the integration of the latest technologies into the traditional educational process contributes to the personal development of future specialists, the development of creative and critical thinking, the ability to simulate, analyze educational tasks, etc. Modern teaching methods in pharmaceutical institutions, which have been tested in practice and are widely used to achieve educational goals in the international context, are described.
It is emphasized that the dynamic development of the modern world determines the need to create universal mechanisms for the adaptation of educational innovations that will contribute to the formation of highly qualified specialists in the field of pharmacy.
