ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF FORMING THE READINESS OF COMMUNICATION CADETS TO PERFORM ASSIGNED TASKS BY MEANS OF SPECIAL PHYSICAL TRAINING
Abstract
The article considers the problem of determining the essence and structure of the readiness of future signal officers (Signal and Cybersecurity Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) to perform assigned tasks. Particular attention is paid to the role of special physical training as a means of forming professional readiness. A systematic approach to the analysis of this readiness is proposed, which includes the relationship of the following components: motivational, cognitive, operational-activity, emotional-volitional, personal and social-communicative components.
According to the results of the analysis of scientific-methodological and special literature, we focused on the importance of integrating physical and special physical training with other disciplines that ensure the professional development of representatives of the studied category. In addition, the article outlines the main tasks of special physical training aimed at developing physical, psychophysical and professionally significant qualities, as well as ensuring stress resistance and functional readiness of future signal officers to perform assigned tasks.
The analysis of the interpretation of the concepts: "readiness of the individual for professional activity" and "readiness of future officers to perform tasks as assigned" allowed to form the definition – "readiness of future signal officers to perform tasks as assigned". The results of the study can be used to improve the programs of physical and special physical training of future officers (the specified military-accounting specialty) in higher military educational institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Prospects for further research in this direction include the determination of approaches, principles, forms, methods and means (technical means of training), which are expedient to apply during practical classes on special physical training in the vocational education system, to form the readiness of future signal officers to perform tasks as assigned" (taking into account the existing combat experience).
