REALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AS A MODERN TREND IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION: REGIONAL PECULIARITIES

Abstract

The article presents the organized research on the implementation of innovative educational activities on the basis of educational institutions of Chernivtsi region under the coordination of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of Chernivtsi region.
The author analyzes the regulatory framework and modern challenges of society that facilitate and motivate the implementation of innovative educational activities as a modern trend in the development of education and defines such key concepts as "innovation activity", "innovative educational activity", "practice-oriented innovation project", "research pedagogical experiment" and others.
The author has monitored current trends in the organization and regional peculiarities of the implementation of research pedagogical experiments and innovative educational projects on the basis of educational institutions in the Chernivtsi region, using the capabilities and resources of the Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. The results of the developments in the course of innovative educational activities and their popularization among the educational community are determined.
In the course of the study, a survey of heads of educational institutions was organized to study the realization and prospects for the implementation of educational innovation projects/experimental work in the Chernivtsi region’s education system, to increase the involvement of pedagogical staff of educational institutions in the region in the implementation of innovative and experimental educational activities at the regional level. Based on a survey of heads of educational institutions, the article analyzes the participation and implementation of innovative activities and outlines promising areas for experimental research and the launch of new innovative projects/research and experimental work in institutions, taking into account current challenges and the process of reforming the education system.
