PLASTIC CULTURE AS A COMPONENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL MASTERY OF THE FUTURE TEACHER-CHOREOGRAPHER

Abstract

The article considers pedagogical mastery as an aspect of training choreographers. The authors note that pedagogical mastery is a set of personality traits that provides self-organisation of a high level of professional activity on a reflective basis.
One of the important factors of pedagogical mastery are the existent reality, and life observations.
An important role is played by the ability of the teacher, especially the teacher-choreographer, to express his inner world, to make it sensual and attractive. To convey his feelings, the teacher uses gestures, facial expressions, expressive stance, namely individual plasticity.
Among the diversity of professional and cultural potential of the future teacher of choreography, a special place belongs to the plastic culture, which we attribute to the indicators of pedagogical mastery.
Plastic culture is a concept that includes knowledge about the qualities of the body, skills and abilities, on the basis of which at emergence of the correct state of health organics of physical actions can arise. This concept is embodied in the harmony and expressiveness of movements and, most importantly, in the skilful mastery of the body.
One of the mane characteristics of teacher plastics is harmony. The plastics feeling consists of skills which are formed during living movements. It means that movements and gestures should match the appearance, speech and have matched the topic and style of communication, it shouldn’t be annoying and ridicules. The first thing that attracts the attention of students in the plastic of the teacher is posture and then non-verbal means of communication – facial expressions and pantomime. Posture is the natural position of the body when a person stands, walks, sits. Pose is the posture component. Pose is the main part of general impression of the teacher , but also in terms of his personal state.
In the process of pedagogical communication, plastic culture performs the following functions: motivating, mobilising, engaging (attractive), and interactive. All these functions in complex should help the teacher to influence the socio-psychological mechanism of his perception as a person.
