PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF INTERACTION OF EDUCATIONAL AND SELF-EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY - STRATEGY OF QUALITATIVE PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICS

Abstract

The article considers the system of management of educational and self-educational activities of professional orientation in the university, analyzes the specifics of management, features and differences of education and self-education in the preparation of future physics teachers for professional activities; specified management functions, content, methods and forms of management of the interaction of educational and self-educational processes in improving the quality of preparedness of future physics teachers for pedagogical work. The processes of socialization, professional growth of future physics teachers in the organization of education and self-education at the university, the essence, content, nature of the direction and management of these processes are specified.
Emphasis is placed on various aspects of socialization, professional orientation of education and self-education, management opportunities in ensuring the quality of education and competitiveness of future physics teachers.
The study concludes that interaction management provides human development and self-improvement during the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities that occur in interaction with random, relatively controlled and purposefully created living conditions and professional experience.
The interaction of the educational process and self-educational activity stimulates the manifestation of socially controlled socialization as a process of acquiring professional experience by future physics teachers and the development of their potential, which takes place in various institutions of the pedagogical sphere.
Management of interaction of these processes combines a set of certain standards of management of educational institution, organization of administrative activity, use of technical means, observance of requirements concerning relations with participants of educational and self-educational activity taking into account norms and principles of ethical norms, aesthetics and law.
It is emphasized that the sphere of the teacher's activity provides not only a creative approach to the tasks, but also a manifestation of managerial talent, managerial actions, creative qualities, and most importantly - managerial competence of the teacher and preparation of future physics teachers for self-management. self-educational activities.
