• Authors do not pay any fees for processing, peer review, or publication (No Article Processing Charges, APCs).

Special Provisions

In accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 56 dated January 19, 2026, "On Approval of the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Specialized Publications of Ukraine," the Editorial Board of the "Pedagogical Almanac" officially confirms:

Articles submitted by PhD students (third-level higher education seekers) studying under the state-funded (budget) program, provided that such papers are authored solely (without a supervisor or other co-authors as primary authors), shall be published FREE OF CHARGE.
